Annually visiting the property assessment of our clients’ properties by their County’s Appraiser or Assessor and proactively seeking reductions in the assessments. We utilize robust software with integrative technologies on a collaborative platform which helps us monitor, evaluate  and maximize our clients’ tax savings. We have produce hundreds of winners.  



  • PROBATE.  A Post Mortem when your family member dies with or without a Will. Representing over 55 probate estates in order to protect and preserve ownership interests in real estate and see to disposition of real estate. Drafting small estate affidavits in order to obtain bank funds.

  • BANKRUPTCY. Representing thousands of consumers, business owners and distressed real estates in the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and Southern District of Florida both Chapter 7 & 13.  We accept Chapter 7 Cases and limit Ch 13 representation to lender motions to lift stay. 

  • Other Litigation. WE DO NOT HANDLE DISPUTES of real estate such as breach of contract or any contract disputes, mechanics lien and construction disputes, eminent domain proceedings, title disputes, loan servicing and foreclosure court representation.
